WORKINGS OF THE CNER AND MEETING DATES Minimize

The mission of the CNER is defined by Article 25 of the 28th August 1998 luxemburgish Law on Hospital Establishments. Its essential role is to protect people taking part in a clinical research project.

In its opinion, the CNER is guided by the fundamental principles and recommendations of the Declaration of Helsinki, the ICH guideline for Good Clinical Practice and the 30th May 2005 Grand Ducal Regulation on clinical trials of medicines for human use.  

The CNER automatically meets in January of each year. The following meetings are scheduled every two months to allow the CNER to meet the response deadline set by the 2005 Grand Ducal Regulation concerning the implementation of good clinical practices in the conduct of clinical trials of medicines for human use.

The planned dates for the following meetings are:

PLEASE NOTE THAT DOSSIERS NEED TO BE COMPLETE WHEN SUBMITTED. DOSSIERS ARRIVING AT THE SECRETARIAT AFTER THE SUBMISSION DEADLINE WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY PUT ON THE AGENDA OF THE NEXT MEETING.

Wednesday 24th April (submission deadline: 3rd April 2019)

Wednesday 5th June (submission deadline: 15th May 2019)

Wednesday 17th July (submission deadline: 26th June 2019)

Wednesday 4th September (submission deadline: 14th August 2019)

Wednesday 16th October (submission deadline: 25th September 2019)

Wednesday 27th November (submission deadline: 6th November 2019)

Wednesday 18th December (submission deadline: 27th November 2019)
